Sales Support assists the inside and outside sales teams to provide high quality customer service.
Responsibilities –
- Place orders
- Place quotes
- Communicate with customers as needed
- Interact/communicate with Cam/Production as needed
- Generate change orders·
- Process stencil orders· Cover reception
- End of night reports· Databases clean up·
- Manage matrix customers.
Requirements
Required Skills –
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Good organizational skills
